Retiring Sync to A360 Drive from AutoCAD mobile

What’s changed and why?

At Autodesk, our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible product for our customers to help them make anything. We are constantly reviewing the features of our products in order to determine whether we are doing everything we can to meet our customers’ needsIn order to focus on our more modern technologies, on December 16, 2018, we discontinued the ability to sync AutoCAD mobile files to A360 Drive.

What does this mean for me?

  • From now on, files that are stored in A360 Drive and were not previously synced to the file manager cannot be viewed from the AutoCAD mobile app.
  • Files stored in A360 Drive before we retired this capability are safely stored in A360 Driveand can be accessed directly at
  • If you need to access files stored in A360 Drive from the AutoCAD mobile appyou can upload them to the mobile app. To find out more about how uploading to AutoCAD mobile worksclick here.
